Wabane Subdivision, Lebialem Division —
The True Democratic Party of Cameroon (TDPC) has continued its voter registration sensitization campaign in Wabane Subdivision, Lebialem Division, as part of efforts to promote civic responsibility and inclusive participation in Cameroon’s democratic process.
The exercise, which marked Day 2 of the campaign, focused on encouraging eligible citizens to register to vote and to take an active, lawful role in national affairs. Party officials engaged residents through community outreach, emphasizing voter registration as a fundamental civic duty and a peaceful means of contributing to governance and development.
Barrister Anyang Lewis Forchenallah
Anyang Lewis Forchenallah is a Cameroonian Barrister-at-Law and politician, widely known for his advocacy for democratic governance, rule of law, and ethical leadership. He is the National Chairman of the True Democratic Party of Cameroon (TDPC), a political party founded on principles of accountability, inclusiveness, and grassroots participation.
Barrister Forchenallah promotes strong institutions, civic responsibility, and citizen empowerment, with a political philosophy rooted in integrity and reform.
According to organizers, the campaign is part of the TDPC’s wider strategy to strengthen grassroots political awareness, particularly in rural communities, and to foster a culture of participation and accountability.
The campaign is being conducted under the leadership of Anyang Lewis Forchenallah, Barrister and National Chairman of the True Democratic Party of Cameroon. Party representatives say the initiative reflects the party’s commitment to democratic values and citizen engagement nationwide.
Residents of Wabane Subdivision participated calmly in the sensitization activities, with organizers describing the response as positive and encouraging. The voter registration campaign is expected to continue in other communities across Lebialem Division in the coming days.
